White Post Farms of Melville, Long Island is one of the best places on Long Island for picking pumpkins. Our large pumpkin patch is sure to have that perfect pumpkin you are looking for.

Your admission to The Fall Festival includes our Great Stage Show, The Pork Chop Review, the Magic and Comedy of Jim McClenahan, the Big Barnyard Game Show, our Pirate Show, unlimited Sing-A-Long Hayrides, unlimited use of Our Bounce ‘N Slides, our Famous Animal Farm, Singin’ Chicken Show, Animal Farm Jamboree Show, use of our Playground Areas, use of our Picnic Tables, Play-In-The-Hay, The Boom Kaboom Game and Entry to Ronnie’s Birdie Landing our Free Flight Aviary.

Pumpkin Picking

It would not be a Fall Festival without taking the kids Pumpkin Picking in our huge pick your own pumpkin patch! Picking pumpkins is everybody's favorite activity and we have a field full of pumpkins. We are long island best place to pick that perfect pumpkin.

Your Festival Host "Buddy Flip"

That "Yee-Hah" Guy - BUDDY FLIP! He's one of New York's funniest and busiest comics. Buddy Flip appears in comedy clubs all around the Island and appears weekly on stage at the New York Comedy Club. He is THE HOST for the Farm Festival, greeting every guest with a big "Howdy, Cowboys, Cowgirls, Cowdads and Cowmoms!" Make sure your kids stop by to see Buddy shout out a big "Yee-hah!!" to everyone at the Festival. 

Rodeo Ricky and the Hidden Talent

It's the day of the big White Post Farm Talent Show auditions, but Rodeo Ricky needs help from his friends Kelly Anne Cassidy, Jiminy Joe and YOU to help discover his hidden talent! Songs & laughs abound! Stick around after the performance (20 minutes) as we invite kids on stage to dance with the stars of the show!

The Pork Chop Review

This show will make you go hog wild! An awesome display of some of the smartest porkers in the country. These bodacious barnyard buddies present a show featuring amazing stunts and laughable antics. You will laugh as you watch these bundles of bacon jump hurdles, waltz and even sing! But these pigs don't race, they're too smart for that.

The Magic & Comedy
of Jim McClenahan

This show will induce giggles from children and adults alike with a unique magical twist that’s fun and exciting. During our Fall Festival, Jim will bring his signature routines, original storylines, and wacky antics to White Post Farms. He is sure to delight and dazzle any audience!

It’s the Kings of the Coast Pirates!

We pillage & plunder by steel & thunder! Yo Ho, Mateys, Yo Ho!! Kings of the Coast is a unique interactive pirate adventure show and treasure hunt experience. Seen at many major festivals and events throughout Long Island and New York State you definitely must see this show!

The Boom Kaboom Game!

Try the Boom Kaboom Game where your kids race to the finish to burst their balloon before all the others. A fast paced game sure to get you plum tuckered out!

Unlimited Sing-Along-Hayrides

Get onto one of our Sing-Along-Hayrides for a musical journey deep into the cornfields. For unlimited family fun, ride and sing along as often as you like! Mom and dads love to repeat this relaxing ride, over and over.

Big Barnyard Game Show

In our exciting Big Barnyard Game Show watch as two teams, selected by host Coyote Chris, answer questions in a match of wits and knowledge.

Play In The Hay

Kids love to Play In The Hay and we have a large area where they can do just that! Please play responsibly and supervise your children.

Kiddie Land Bouncer Park

Kids can never get enough of our “Kiddie Land Bouncer Park”. And wait till you see our giant slide that kids will want to ride again and again! But don’t worry we have slides and bouncers for all ages! (May not be available in days of high winds or wet weather. Socks are required on all bouncers. No exceptions!)

A bird in the hand is worth a big smile on the face!

"Ronnie's Birdie Landing"

Come and feel the excitement as you enter our giant free flight aviary with cascading waterfalls and a 70 foot stream, where you will be greeted by a flock of adorable Budgies will eat special birdseed sticks right out of your hand.

Feed sticks will be available for purchase at the entry of this attraction at the cost of $2 per stick.

For the safety of our birds strollers are not allowed within the aviary. Please make sure to watch where you walk at all times and running is not allowed within the aviary at any time.

The Aviary is open weather and temperature permitting.

The White Post Animal Farm

Our Animal Farm has been voted “Best of Long Island” two years in a row and features many animals of all different species from around the world! From antelopes to zebras we have it all.

Animal food pails, pony rides and train rides are available at an additional charge.

Pony Rides

If your child has ever wanted to know what it was like to be a Cowboy or a Cowgirl then the White Post Animal Farm is the place to do just that! We have ponies of all different sizes for your child to ride on. Pony rides make a great photo opportunity as well as great memories!

Pony rides are $5.00 each and are available for purchase at the main entrance as well as near the Pony Ride Station. Due to the fact that they are ponies and not full grown horses there is a weight limit of 65 lbs. per rider.

Farmland Express
Old Fashioned Train Ride

Kids will love to take a ride on our Farmland Express Old Fashioned Train Ride. A mini-replica of the trains of yesterday that you can ride today!

Train rides $2.00 per rider child or adult. Children under the height of 36" must ride with an adult.

Fall Festival without Festival Foods

It’s not a Fall Festival without Festival Foods! We have all your favorites! From roasted corn, fresh pies, candy apples, cotton candy, corn dogs, hot dogs, funnel cakes and fresh fudge. We also have every day favorites available such as pizza, burgers, chicken sandwiches and chicken nuggets. Food is available at our Pumpkin Patch Café field concession to the right of the Great Stage as well as our concession located near our Koi pond. These areas are both cash only.
